Enso HeartExperiences · Ljubljana
Listentogether.
Groups, individual sessions and couples training where we literally listen to our hearts — guided by Enso mentors at Stegne 21, Ljubljana. No prior experience needed.
01 · What a session looks like
Two hours. Four movements.
Every Enso meeting combines grounding, listening to the heart, writing and a group dialogue — guided by two mentors.
Grounding
An opening circle and conscious breathing that brings us into the here and now.
Listening
Mentors introduce the theme; then the group listens to their own heartbeat and an Enso audio text.
Writing
Time to note feelings, thoughts and questions while reading the text you just heard.
Dialogue
Share your story with the group — or simply listen. Sharing is always voluntary.
02 · Group programmes · new groups every month
A month to move closer to yourself.
Insomnia — when the body should rest, but the mind won't go quiet.
Difficulty falling asleep, waking in the night and morning tiredness are signs that body and mind aren't getting the chance to regenerate. Learning to listen to your heart can become the anchor of a calmer evening.
For you if
- You find it hard to fall asleep or wake during the night
- You wake up tired
- Your thoughts won't let you rest in the evening
- You want an evening ritual that truly calms you
Goal
Recognise what is stealing your sleep, build your own evening ritual, and learn to settle body and mind while listening to your heart.
Included
Sleep, food and movement diary · “Relaxation” recording for home · loan of a stethoscope for evening heart listening.
03 · Individual sessions · 50 min
Your rhythm. Your pace.
A direct look at inner processes, bodily responses and emotional patterns that often stay in the background in a group. Different mentors work in different ways — choose the approach that fits you now.

Enso mentor · MD, specialist in psychiatry
Klemen Rebolj
An offered hand and companionship on the part of your path you feel you can't walk alone — backed by long clinical experience and a commitment to honestly exploring who you really are.

Enso mentor
Theia Kamí
What is my story? Exploring your qualities, values and shadows — with elements of Jungian analysis, archetypes and philosophical perspectives that lead to your own philosophy of life.

Enso mentor
Žiga Vukšinič
Direct, empathetic and curious. I hold up mirrors, help you find what you really want and explore the next steps with you. “You don't know until you try.”
Price per 50-minute session
The session follows the rhythm of your current state.
More depth of interoception and insight into bodily responses.
Linked directly to the life themes you are in right now.
No observing, comparing or adjusting to others.
The conversation connects precisely to what you just experienced.
04 · Training for couples · 2 h
In the same rhythm.
Enso for couples focuses entirely on the relationship between two people. Each partner's heartbeat becomes part of a shared regulating process. After listening, the couple talks through what they experienced, guided by two mentors — a man and a woman, so both perspectives are held. It opens space for more calm, connection and the sense of being together, in the same rhythm.
05 · From the groups
“Meeting my heart was an embrace of bright warmth that wants to caress my whole being.”
“I wish there were more groups like this, where we discover ourselves and our shadows together — and talk about them without shame or judgement.”
“A feeling of my ice melting, of healing — a path that gives me hope.”
