We are Enso mentors and visionaries who see the potential in an innovative approach to listening to the heart. We believe in the power of intuition and are inspired by the growing understanding of heart coherence and the connection between the heart, body, and mind. Together, we are shaping the Enso Method — an approach that invites each person to reconnect with themselves and discover their own way of living with greater awareness.
Enso-Heart d.o.o. develops innovative solutions in the field of mental health and wellbeing. At the heart of our work is the development of a dedicated digital stethoscope and heartbeat-listening programs, designed to support self-regulation, stress reduction, and the strengthening of inner resources.
Our goal is to make heartbeat listening accessible to as many people as possible — allowing individuals to use their own digital stethoscope at home, supported by the Enso Heart app and a range of guided and mentoring programs.
The project is co-funded by the European Union through a funding programme supporting innovative companies.
About Us
Klemen Rebolj
MD, Specialist in Psychiatry, Founder of the Enso Method
Klemen Rebolj is a psychiatrist and psychotherapist with experience in clinical hypnosis and cybernetics. His work is grounded in understanding the human being as a dynamic biological, psychological, social, and spiritual system that is constantly adapting and seeking balance.
His clinical experience and interest in self-regulation, mind–body processes, and the ways people adapt to change led to the development of the Enso Method. At its core is the idea that symptoms and inner discomfort can be understood not only as problems, but also as signals that invite awareness, adaptation, and the search for a new balance.

Patricija Šašek
Enso Mentor
Patricija is an Enso mentor and group facilitator whose approach is grounded in authenticity, warmth, trust, and genuine human connection. She sees Enso groups as a space to slow down, listen more deeply, and explore what truly matters to us.
Through attentive listening and the open sharing of knowledge and life experience, she creates an environment where people can feel safe, accepted, and heard. She believes that meaningful group experiences emerge through trust rather than comparison or competition — allowing participants and mentors to learn, grow, and connect with one another..
Alja Jerala
EEnso Mentor, Biopsychologist
Alja is a biopsychologist and Enso mentor with a particular interest in the connection between the nervous system, psychological processes, and bodily experience. Heartbeat listening has become an important somatic practice in her work with clients.
Through Enso, she creates a safe and supportive space where people can slow down, regulate their nervous system, and listen more closely to themselves. Her approach combines psychological understanding with body awareness, helping individuals explore their inner experience with greater honesty, safety, and self-trust.
“I wish there were more groups like this, where we could explore ourselves and our shadows together — talking about them without shame or judgment, and learning to accept ourselves fully. It would make everything feel so much easier.”
Join an Enso group or workshop and give yourself the space to slow down, listen inward, and discover what truly matters to you — with the support and guidance of Enso mentors along the way.
